Company History
At Loan Network, we are dedicated to simplifying the mortgage origination process for borrowers, mortgage brokers, and financial institutions. Founded in March 2023, we have quickly become a leading corporate Direct Selling Agent (DSA) with strategic alliances with all major banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) in India. The company is led by graduates from IITs and a Chartered Accountant who have 50+ years of combined experience of financial advisory and have worked with companies such as Goldman Sachs, Standard Chartered and Northern Trust in senior roles.

Pratik is an experienced chartered accountant and has over a decade long experience in building and growing businesses. He is a partner at Shah & Kathariya (a leading CA firm) and has advised a wide spectrum of startups in India including Housing, Zoom Car, Pagarbook, Toppr and Rapido among others. He has deep relationships with the CA and startup community in India.
Pratik was the CBO of the loan aggregation business at a VC funded start-up and is credited with rapidly scaling the business to 2,000 Cr+ monthly disbursement in a short period of 15 months. In the process, he has built a strong Pan India network of DSAs. He is passionate about organizing the highly fragmented DSA space and solving the deep-rooted inefficiencies in the Banks x DSA ecosystem. Pratik completed his CA in 2012.
Ketan is an experienced investment/ financial services professional. He has a very disciplined approach to defining & implementing policies and driving compliance.
Prior to founding Loan Network, he was the Head of Investor Relations & Strategy at VC funded startup. He evangelized a data driven culture within the organization that materially improved data capture and central record keeping in all departments. Ketan is passionate about streamlining organizational inefficiencies and building a profitable organization.
He has over 15 years of experience as an equity analyst – including a 5-year stint as a sell-side analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he was a top ranked analyst. He also had a 5-year stint at a top-10 US based asset manager Northern Trust,. He was also the investment strategist for the India region advising the firm’s global investment committee on strategic and tactical asset allocation. Ketan graduated with a B.Tech. from IIT Madras in Ocean engineering in 2006 and holds the CFA charter since 2012.
Manish is a senior financial services leader with 17+ years of professional experience and has held global leadership roles at marquee firms. Prior to founding Loan Network, he was the CEO of the fintech division at a VC funded startup where he led fund raising, investor relations & strategy.
In his prior roles, he was the Head of Product & Investments at a $2B AUM Hong Kong based asset manager Silverhorn group. Manish was leading Silverhorn’s Private Equity and Private debt portfolios where he was instrumental in raising over $500M during his 3-year tenure and investing in the Asia region through both equity and debt instruments, primarily in the fintech space.
Previously, he was a MD at Standard Chartered bank and based out of Singapore. During his 13 years tenure at Standard chartered, he built and scaled multiple profitable businesses across equities, FX, and rates asset classes. In his last role at the bank, he was the global head of FX and Rates.
Manish brings deep expertise and relationships with the domestic and international banking community along with investor ties.
Manish graduated with a B.Tech. from IIT Madras in Chemical engineering in 2006.
How do we monetise this business?
We work as partners with Banks to provide financial services to borrowers. We receive sales commissions from Banks and Lenders as per their approved policy directed by RBI guidelines.
