By accessing and using the Loan Network app, website or services (referred to as "the platform" or "Loan Network"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", "Loan Network", refers to Loan Network Technologies Private Limited, its successors and permitted assigns. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the laws of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1. Use of the Platform

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Loan Network platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement.

1.2. Account Registration: To access certain features of the platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. You must keep your account credentials secure and confidential, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Loan Network platform for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms of Use. You shall not use the platform in a manner that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

2.1. Content Ownership: Loan Network retains all rights, ownership, and interest in and to the platform, including all content, text, images, graphics, logos, and software provided within the platform.

2.2. User Content: By using the platform, you may have the option to upload or submit content, including but not limited to text, images, and other media ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant Loan Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your User Content for the purposes of providing and improving the platform.

2.3. Prohibited Content: You shall not upload or submit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, offensive, or violates the rights of any third party. Loan Network reserves the right to remove any such content and suspend or terminate your account.

3. Platform Updates and Modifications

Loan Network may, from time to time, release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the platform to enhance functionality or address issues. You agree to access and use the most recent version of the platform and install updates promptly to ensure its smooth and secure operation.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Loan Network platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

Loan Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform, with or without cause, at any time and without prior notice. In the event of termination, the provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and content ownership, will continue to apply.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Loan Network platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Loan Network makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Loan Network shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Conflict of laws principles shall not apply to the extent they would result in the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than India.

9. Changes to the Terms of Use

Loan Network reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes signify your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Loan Network Technologies Private Limited collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (referred to as "you" or "users") of the Loan Network Technologies Private Limited mobile application (referred to as "the app" or "our app"). However, we may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding app users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

We may disclose files stored in your Loan Network account and other information about you to third parties when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with a law, regulation or legal request; (b) protect the safety of any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of Loan Network or its users; or (d) to protect Loan Network property rights.

7. Children's Privacy

The Loan Network Technologies Private Limited app is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

8. Changing or Deleting Your Information

If you are a registered user, you may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in your registration or account profile by contacting us. If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may update or delete it by making the change on your account settings. In some cases we may retain copies of your information if required by law. For questions about your Personal Information on our Service, please contact privacy@loannetwork.app. We will respond to your inquiry within 90 days.

9. Data Retention

If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you the Service, you may delete your account by sending a request to delete your account to privacy@loannetwork.app. We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Consistent with these requirements, we will try to delete your information quickly upon request. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist after deletion. In addition, we do not delete from our servers files that you have in common with other users.

10. Security

The security of your information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. By using our website or providing Personal Information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of our website. If we learn of a security system’s breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to you.

13. Loan Processing, Disbursement and Collection

Loan Network Technologies Private Limited is acting as a Direct Selling Agent for financial institutes, we do not provide loans, or engage in loan collections for any financial institution, we are only sourcing and processing partners. Our relationship with the financial institutes is governed by DSA agreement as per RBI guidelines.

These Credit Pull Terms & Conditions (“Credit Pull Terms”) supplement and form part of the Company’s “Terms & Conditions” and “Privacy Policy”. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between these Credit Pull Terms and the Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy, these Credit Pull Terms will prevail solely for the credit-pull flow.

“You” or “User” refers to the individual providing consent for the credit pull. For clarity, “Credit Information” means your credit report and score.

1. Authorization & Consent Terms

By checking the consent box and proceeding, you appoint Loan Network Technologies Private Limited as your authorized representative to receive your Credit Information from Experian for the purpose of evaluating your loan eligibility (“End Use Purpose”). This consent is valid on an ongoing basis for a period not exceeding six (6) months from the date of issuance, or until you revoke your consent, whichever is earlier.

Note: You may receive SMS/email alerts from the credit bureau when your report is accessed, per RBI’s Credit Information Reporting directions.

You also agree to Experian’s applicable terms that are displayed during the consent step.

Revoke anytime: Visit our Compliance section on the website footer → “Revoke Consent for Credit Score.” We will cease further pulls immediately (see section 4 for deletion).

2. Information Collected

As part of the credit pull process, we collect the following personal information solely for the purpose of verifying identity and submitting a request to Experian:

• Mobile number (with OTP verification)
• Full name
• Permanent Account Number (PAN)
• Email address

We minimize collection to what is required for identity match and the bureau request. (See Privacy Policy for other data processed on our platform.)

3. Use of Credit Information

Your credit report and score retrieved from Experian will be used strictly for the following purposes:

• Assess your loan eligibility/creditworthiness and generate credit-related insights for you.
• Share derived eligibility indicators to selected lenders necessary to submit a loan application

No marketing use. We do not use your credit information for promotions, rewards, or resale.

4. Revocation and Data Deletion

You may revoke your consent at any time by visiting the Compliance section of our website and clicking on ‘Revoke Consent for Credit Score’.

When you revoke:

• Your consent status is marked Revoked in our systems,
• Your credit data enters the next deletion batch (typically within 1-2 business days), and
• We permanently delete the raw credit report/score from our databases and cloud storage.

We may retain minimal logs of consent and access (time, IP/device, purpose) for audit/dispute purposes as allowed by law/regulation.

5. Disclaimer

This service is provided on an “as-is” basis for informational purposes only.

We do not control the contents of your credit report and cannot alter it; disputes must be raised with the bureau/credit institution. Certain disclosure/response obligations rest with CICs/CIs under the regulations.

6. Limitations on Use of Service

By using this flow, you confirm you are 18+, requesting your own credit information, and that details you submit are accurate. We may refuse/terminate the credit-pull service in case of suspected misuse or legal non-compliance.

7. Confidentiality, Storage & Security

We protect your data per our Information Security Policy and applicable Indian law. Credit information obtained is processed strictly for the End Use Purpose.

8. Indemnification

You indemnify Loan Network Technologies Private Limited, its officers and employees for losses arising from misuse, false/unauthorized information, or breach of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Changes
